Account Deletion & Data Privacy

We provide two ways to delete your RunXGo account and all associated data (profile, location history, and documents).

Method 1: In-App (Recommended)
  1. Open the RunXGo app.
  2. Go to your Profile tab.
  3. Tap on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion. Your data is removed instantly.
Method 2: Web Request

If you have already uninstalled the app, use the form below:

All data including identity documents and trip logs are permanently erased.
