Welcome to RunXGo Live. By accessing our mobile application, participating in our beta testing program, or using our related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
BETA PHASE NOTICE: RunXGo Live is currently in active development. This version is provided for testing purposes. You acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, experience downtime, or result in data loss. Your feedback is highly valued and helps us improve.
1. Health, Safety, and Physical Activity
RunXGo Live encourages physical activity, which carries inherent risks. Your safety is your responsibility.
- Medical Consultation: Consult a physician before starting any new exercise routine. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide professional medical advice.
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that running in public spaces involves risks such as traffic, weather, and terrain. You assume full responsibility for any injury or property damage incurred while using the app.
- Street Safety: Do not look at your screen while crossing roads or navigating high-traffic areas. Always obey local traffic laws and maintain full situational awareness.
2. Real-Time Location Data
The core of RunXGo Live is a live, gamified social experience. This requires continuous processing of your GPS data.
- Live Tracking: When you start a run, your real-time location may be visible to other users on the map based on your privacy settings.
- Consent: By using the "Live Run" feature, you explicitly consent to the transmission and display of your geographic coordinates.
- Data Usage: We use your location history to generate leaderboards, calculate "in-game" rewards (XP/Items), and facilitate social interaction.
3. Community Standards and Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that threatens the safety of our community.
- Harassment: You may not use live tracking data to stalk, intimidate, or follow other users without their express consent.
- Cheating: The use of GPS spoofing, automated scripts, or any method to fake physical activity is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
- Social Interaction: All communication within RunXGo Live must be respectful. Hate speech, bullying, or the sharing of illegal content is forbidden.
4. Beta Enrollment and Downloading
To access the Service during the beta period, users must:
- Submit their email address via the official App Tester Form.
- Accept the invitation via the Google Play Testing platform.
Registration data will be used to manage your beta access and send critical service updates.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RunXGo Live, ITS DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BODILY INJURY OR THEFT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY DURING A RUN.
6. Intellectual Property and Feedback
All software, designs, and gamified content are the property of RunXGo Live. Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide through the Google Form or other channels become our property, and we may use them without compensation to you.
